This building was a originally a 5-plex, and the plan was to keep the exterior structure and simply renovate the interiors. After a section of the foundation wall fell during demolition, it was clear that to save it would incur additional costs. To maximize our profits we demolished and build a row house from the ground up.
The end result was that a building I purchased as a 5 plex, was severed into three freehold town houses and sold for a good profit.
